"These kids have gone through so much but keep the most positive attitudes no matter what. They are inspiring and deserve every opportunity in the world to live out their dreams and be kids."
Flashathon gives high school students an incredible project-based learning opportunity. All students involved will not only learn more about the importance of service and philanthropy, but they will also have the opportunity to improve their leadership abilities, time management, delegation, team work, and project management skills. Flashathon gives students the opportunity to be involved in serving the community and unites a school under a cause.
What exactly are mini-thons? They're year-round efforts to raise funds and awareness for the community's local children's hospital. The culminating event of the year is a Dance Marathon where high school students stay on their feet for 4-6 hours while dancing, playing games, and celebrating their fundraising efforts.
If you or your school is interested in starting a mini-thon please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information!
